Where can i download the userconfig.cfg mentioned in the wop guide.

Here is my userconfig.cfg file that I am currently using for CS:S. It is tweaked for higher fps and has 1 binded key to buy what I usually use.

ok i did that but now i lag when i shoot, can i get some help...ps im a css noob just started playing it

lag when you shoot.... how? Do your frames per second drop? do you get a spike in loss or choke? Does your computer "feel" slow-down, such as your processor can't handle it?? Please explain.

in console (press the ~ button) type "net_graph 3" without the quotation marks, then tell me what your FPS is, your loss, and your choke, and record the numbers while you're just standing there, and then while you're shooting.

i think its better i used a diff one of the configs i found on site. thanks for the help tho :P

It increases my fps but after typing exec userconfig.cfg. This is what it looks like in my console:
