What WoP is looking for

Been getting a lot of players asking what I have to do or how much I have to pwn to get into WoP. Well I'll just list what we NEED and I don't care what anyone thinks.

1. MONEY to run the servers and websites - i'm not gonna waste my money trying to help others PWN who don't even appreciate anything - you give before you receive.
2. People to update and make the site look all PWNAGE and stuff
3. People with BRAINS that can and actually want to contribute and learn from The Pig and Payne about CS and FINANCES. I will train those who REALLY want to learn how to PWN in CS and I GUARANTEE that they will be AT MY LEVEL or at PAYNE's CS Level after 2-3 training sessions, 1 on 1. Shit I charged 2 kids 40 bucks for an hour for this a few months ago.

There you have it - what I'm looking for - Heart and brains to learn and contribute.

Tryouts are still in the works. Don't have a set date and don't have a plan to execute it yet.

Well, I gave 1 "Lesson" to most of the clan members. Ask them if they have benefited from it or not.

yea that lesson u gave is really starting to work out a bit by bit towards an advanage jus gota be lil patiencs like insanity said aswell... and i jus cant wait for next lesson ofcourse like pig and payne said when we ready for the next 1 :D

Man any tips to give you an advantage are sweet...all it takes is one more bullet to make contact in the right spot for some serious pwnage.

Anyway, I'm super pissed that I couldn't make it to the tryouts...my damn computer nuked for the 2nd time in 2 weeks and I had to send it back to dell for repairs. I really want a shot to make the clan...any chance on a late tryout? I play alot on the UA server so my stats are on their site in the meantime....if they mean anything to you guys (Think I'm 18th at the moment). I'm hoping to get my comp back mid-late week so I'll be on your server after that.

Thats alright drunk monkey. As we said before, skills is not the only thing WoP is looking for. Any I can say that confidently about all games in life too - like Finances. At first when Payne and I started this team we thought we were just gonna try to get the players most skilled in CS but we quickly came to realize that its more than that. The truth is that for a team to be successful it NEEDS:

1. Money - deathwish maybe you can write a letter to get some serious sponsorships for our Main team from ATI or Nvdia or Alienware, I already have a template for it and will make a PowerPoint presentation for our team to be more marketable.

2. Cooperation from members - communication, contribution, honesty

3. Dedication to not just playing cs but LEARNING, and doing #2

4. CS Skills - can kill stuff with confidence -kill noobs

Being good is one thing, but being a team player and constantly trying to improve your skills (Not just CS skills either) seems to be an essential mandate for a clan to be successful.
