So I finally got my schedule squared away for this semester...

Never took this many classes before so I'm a bit interested in seeing how I'm going to handle it, but never the less I'm really adamant about shoving anything my professors can dish out to me back at them. Got work on saturdays as well too unfortunately (or fortunately...it's money).
So far all the classes seems like the usual. Took out the economic geography and put shakespeare instead (need it for my english major and I guess the guy is new and hopefully not too bad). I'll be learning about rhetoric a lot more which is something that really interests me. On saturdays it's working at the restaurant :o
So what are you guys up to in school/work? Is it enjoyable or crappy?

How many credits are you taking and what is your major? Your schedule does not look that bad.
But I do miss the days of 9 to 12 on Fridays.
Also I read your comment on www.richtwinpoortwin.com
I will spend time to answer them by this week.

I'm trying to finish up a double major in political science (focusing on domestic affairs and law) and english (contemporary american lit and the short story) in four years because my parents are helping me out and I don't want to be a burden on them for too long. I probably already shot myself in the foot - it took me a couple semesters to realize that I wanted to do this and so I only took five classes for the first three semesters.
ENGL 230 is gonna be a pain in the ass - lots of shakespeare and tons of group work/papers.
Geog 205...breeze.
Engl 217/217 - Both are going to be a lot of writing. At least 5 papers in each. One of the 217's is a lot of reading - had the guy last semester and we did about 8,000 pages by the end of the semsester but it's all cool stuff like I.Robot.
Pols 233 - more writing, at least 5 papers.
Engl 210 - Easy. Just reading.
That's 18 credits and it looks like by the end of the semester i'll have read 25+ 300 min. page books, written 15+ 7-15 page papers and done some group presentations. It sounds pretty bad but I hope it really isn't - I know a couple of the professors i'll be working with and know that as long as I invest the time in doing the papers and editing them I'll do fine. Also - i look forward to the post on the site :D
