To translate this..the person witht he least skill could be on the server, promoting the server, and trying his hardest to improve; meanwhile the "best" only gets on to play and brag about how good he is and talk shit about everyone (ehemmm *clearing throat* qweourGUARDIAN?fiouwer) then the person with less talent would be the better clan member because they are trying and putting more work in.
