When someone pisses you off. wait till you stop behind them at red light. then step out of your car, drag them into the median if there is one, or side of the road if not, and beat the living shit out of them. Then you only have median-rage or side-of-the-road rage. :)

my personal favorite is if you're in front of someone, let the light turn green, yellow, and then just before it turns red...drive.

Very easy to do. Here is an old yet relativly easy method to do.

When u are in a rage all u have to do is interrupt it immediately by saying, or doing something that breaks you from raging: for example u are raging and honking your horns and shit at at the mo fo that just cut you off. All you got to do is yell at the top of your lungs: Boom Headshot! or somethin stupid as loud as you can and switch your radio station to church gospel music. And each time you get in a rage and do that, you will immediatly be out of rage and ask wtf was I raging about?

It works, now try it you raging noobs.

I got more methods to control your emotions but they are more difficult to explain.

pig i have tried a similar method, but my problem is I just constantly sound like FPS_Doug when he dies... "SHIT MOTHER ****ING BULLSHIT BITCH" for like several minutes straight, even when nothing is happening right at that moment.. lol. Then, in my fit of rage I start driving aggressively, and then get mad at other people even if they're not doing anything wrong lol.

hahahah pig that is good idea, but u can always follow em until they get scared like shit or next to em and say some stupid shit... hahahah jus pulled it out of mid air ahhahaha
