My current computer is decent, but not perfect, quick stats rundown:
768mb RAM
200g Hard drive (forget maker)
Sound Card: Basic shit
Windows XP
Intel Pentium 4 1.6ghz (yuck)
Dunno about motherboard
Radeon 9600 128mb PRO
Anyways, I was looking around and saw this:

What do you think? I dont want to spend a lot, but you can customize it a bit. Is it a good one to start with? And if so, within $200 more, what should I change or upgrade on it? If anyone with some decent hardware knowledge could scan this for me I would greatly appreciate it.
EDIT: Know of any good mid priced monitors, too? I might want to get one. Flat screen, w/e, doesnt matter. Ugh, sorry for the edits. I have some good headphones now, and a decent mouse, but would like to know some alternatives. What's a decent mouse or headphones? I've read some posts on these forums, but I'm still not sure. Sorry for being a such a pain.
