I just got done reading on some CS:S script and saw one for burst fire. So if someone using burst fire script is that consider cheating?

no idea.
any script that helps you gain an advantage over your opponent is cheating, in my opinion.
the only kind of "custom" thing the gaming community considers legal are commands that make your graphics a little less impressive so your crappy computer can run it.

From what I remember from cal rules, any script that does not pull out a weapon or any button on the mouse thats not bound to fire, secondary fire or a weapon, is illegal.
ex: binding mouse 3 to switch to cl_crosshairscale 2000 and mouse 5 to switch back to cl_crosshairscale 500

syn from what you said.... is mouse3 +jump illegal? rofl.
the crosshair scale thing is a grey line..... those are both valid commands, both legal to use, and you really aren't using a complex "script" so to say... if that's considered illegal, would'nt "Swapping DPI on the fly" with a razer copperhead be illegal?

That's not a script. They're binds.
