A lot of the people in the cal forums were calling other people noobs for not knowing about it...apparently a few teams use it in strats but I hadn't even heard of it until now.

Yeah they must have used f10, try it in game, f10 owns. Personally I like to press f10 when I'm the last guy left or when I'm defusing the bomb to make it easier/happen faster. :)

I must admit that is pretty awesome.

Only time I've ever used something simliar to that was when we were screwing around on cs_assault, trying to find uber places to jump to.

All my old demos of it are Corrupted, like that few seconds of one I had on the putfile; All the models were 3d Error signs, and i only had about 15 seconds of the demo playable.


I've never done it with the First method (Run, jump, Boost Jump) extent, but I've definitely boosted people by the 2nd method while climbing on Assault. We can get to the "roof" of the middle building (Outside between CT spawn and the T warehouse). Also messed around getting into that Big ass tree on that map... Also, on that building Behind CT spawn.

Need 5 people i think, for the middle building, since there's several places you can't jump up by yourself.

the superman jump can be done on awp_inida by yourself.
try and bhop onto the bricks.
If i can be bothered ill post a demo,i flew from my spawn to the other team,then go kicked for hacking :(

well, i just read up in the CAL forums, and the CAL admins ruled the superman boost legal... personally I think it's a load of bullshit and I am seriously pissed off.


as for the pub aspect... i think it's a neat trick..

if you do it in the WoP server you won't get banned.... at most you will get warned by an admin not to do it again if for some reason they don't like it....

I personally won't care if someone does it in the pub. Just adds one more spot to look at. Bad for cal imo, makes most CT biased maps harder.

u've got to time the second jump very precisely, if u practice u could do it all the time, but I can't be bothered to practice that, lol
