the secrets of no scope

hi, i was just wondering if anyone knew into detail anything about noscope, on cs 1.5 i believe there used to be small crosshairs for the awp, i saw payne anihilate the guys on the [wop] server shown in the draft demo.
if anyone can tell me ote just post lol

There comes a point when you actually just have a feel of where the middle or where your awp shots will land. There are some hints and tricks to make your hand-eye and reflex "know" how to shoot the awp without scoping.

Payne and I dont use any markings, tape or stuff on our screens to no scope or aim. When we were playing with our laptops back in cs 1.3 we used a training sheet but grew out of that when we played on desktops with crt monitors.

thanks very much pig and shadow, ive just came off cs after practicing 11 hours lol, i saw u on the [wop] server playing scoutknivez i used print screen so its has dax on death cam with his awp saying "[WOP]-THE PIG IS DOMINATING" ive got a good feel for where the bullets will hit but because of the commitment it takes it sometimes feels unreliable, ill have to send you the picture pig lol

Wow, a piece of tape lol on your screen, that's cheep but a good idea. Most of the time when I do no scope once in awhile when I feel like pwning when there's no lag I just memorize or try to where my knife crosshair is and then just shoot while's I'm moving, works good while I'm pwning.

You can always use a small amount of 'fun tak' (we call it blu tack over here :P). It's easier to put on/get off the screen.

I used it when I first started using scoped weapons just so I didnt have to take ages aiming, now I find it quite easy without it... I still suck with awp though :D.

why would it be illegal? In no way does it inhance your game it just gives you a better visual representation of the area you are shooting

if you put tape/funtac/plastic wrap on your monitor with fake crosshairs... people would laugh their asses off on LAN. if superman jump is legal, fake crosshairs is legal, imo.

i know this because i reied it 3 nughts ago, play with funtak and when you remove it and try to noscope with the awp, it does jack to help your skills :cry:
however, ive came to learn i can noscope better with the scout than i can the awp?? i play with the awp 8 times more than the scout!! (counted when on servers yesterday)

The scout is accurate even while you're running which is why it's so easy to no scope.

Seriously, you need to know when and how to use the no scope awp.

i know what you mean, the preview of pig and payne in the draft video id really advanced, no scoping is usually best kept for close range :D

Although you say that it does nothing for your 'advancement' I found it actually helped me to judge my quick scoping and positioning. I obviously dont use it any more, but I did initially just to get used to having no crosshair.

You know I have nothing against Asians, I have alot of Asian friends, but tell me why every game they play they just whoop everyone's ass in? Starcraft, all the Asians play it and whoops everyone's ass, Warcraft same thing, CounterStrike same thing, although Europeans are supposedly better, but last time I checked I think Asia won in the WCG CS match against Europe. Just tell me why man, is it in their genes? I mean Asian kids are always so smart at everything more than most people, they do math in most schools I've seen a shit load better than white kids and any other, same goes for every class, this Asian kid in my schools GPA is like 5.0+, how do they do it whY? And why do they have to be experts and professionals at everything they do!>? :evil: WTF! Asians need to stop.

It's the culture. In Japan failure is seen as somewhat shameful. In other cultures I'm not sure how it works but a lot of the asian immigrants I had as friends were hard workers because they wanted to live in America. The only lazy asians I have met are the ones who were born here and didn't have the same sort of cultural background built into their memes.

But that work ethic transfers over into other games and let me just ask - what's the point in doing something if you ain't the best out there? Take pride in what you do and strive for the top of the ladder.

I don't think Asians need to stop. I think we need to get better.

i agree with rew sky, i need to get a lot better, i truly do own at cs 1.6, i like it more than source because the atmosphere.
i have othing against source, but 1.6 is what got me started at my cousins and im taking a trip through time lol
