Yes i noticed that the copperhead is really flismy when compared to the diamondback. The material is just crappy and the quality is overall 3/5 when the diamondback was 4.5/5. The skates on the bottom are also poor quality and will wear out in just 4-6 months. Also the mouse is hard to feel comfortable at first - break in time around 2 weeks. I also had problems with where to put my pinky like you and kept hitting the right mouse button accidentally. Read my review of it.

The real big plus about it that makes me use this mouse instead of my diamondback is the 2000 dpi and 1000 polling rate. It feels a bit smoother. But if you dont like it just return it. Payne used it and says it is teh ghey and went back to his moded 1990's logitech optic mouse.

Nooo don't get G5, it sucks.

My friend has it, and from when I was using here is what I experienced:

Pros:
2000 dpi
Responds pretty fast
pretty smooth, but copperhead is better.

Cons:
After 30 minutes of use my hand hurt, maybe its just me, but it made my hand ache.
It really doesn't look to cool, some people say it does but I think it looks like a rusted piece of metal.
Its huge and heavy. (Unless you like heavy and huge lol)
I have a copperhead and it responds quicker and is more smooth than the G5.
Only one side button, and guess what... It doesn't work for CS! Yay :D
Razer has 4 :D

Anyway youll get used to the razer, it takes a few days, but trust me, dont get G5, or anything from Logitech. Logitech sucks imo.
Especially the headsets I got from them, that stopped working a few weeks ago after I've owned them for like 5 months.

What mousepad do you have? I suggest Icemat 2nd Edition Black imo
++++++++++++++++

Good luck :D

i strongly recommend the G5 i got it also the red coperhead and diamondback copperhead is ok but it isnt all that the specs are amazin thats it :\ but the G5 build quality is superb btw it last 8 million clicks on each button and its hard as a rock it took me a while to pwn with it tho i normally use razer shape mice but it worth the money

I have a Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 6000
Is it any good? I think that since it's heavy, it's harder to game with it.
