Ok so I have been working really hard on getting better with my aim in CS. The other night I was playing ScoutKnives till 4 AM and I'm having a hard time figuring out what I'm doing wrong (Damn it I'm such an addict, this game should be considered a drug!) I think what I've figured out is you don't really aim much with your mouse as much as actually with your body. What I mean is say there is a guy that is to your left then you would straff left and slightly move the mouse with you to line it up on his head. You have to stop for a sec and then fire. It seems to be far more inaccurate when your not even moving and you move your mouse really fast and fire. But still I do this and it appears the crosshair is on his head and it misses him. I've got all my Cl_interp and stuff right so its not hitboxes or whatever.
Plz help I'm a mess! I practice countless hours every night and its not helping much. I've watched demos of myself and I carefully watch other people that are really good from POV. The thing that really pisses me off is I have quick reflexes but no aim right now. Someone save me! I know I don't sound desperate or anything :x

Maybe you just burn out for staying up to late. Those whow stay up late on the internet is a intarnet. Now say it with me "I'm a in-tar-net".

It's not really that I get burned out it's more of the fact that I'm so hard on myself. I expect to get a headshot everytime and nothing less. Even when I first start playing on a day, my KD with a scout is usually barely 1. (I'm a lot better with an AK cause I can burst fire). It's so low because I try to make a HS everytime so if I miss I'm most likely screwed. I don't get any worse playing for a long time.

Scouts are a lot more accurate noscoping or quickscoping than awps are. You can pretty much be guaranteed a hit with a scout if you see the name highlight.
Yes, actually, you do get worse playing longer. Between falling into a playstyle rut, eyes tiring and stiffness setting into your muscles, Everyone has a point at which they will not be able to play their best or perhaps even well.
You don't notice it most of the time, since you can't recall how you felt when you started your multi-hour gaming spree, but your body and mind needs breaks. Follow the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, stare at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Stand up if you can, as well and get the blood pumping quickly again. Do a few sets of pushups or situps. Take the stairs 2 at a time and go down to get yourself a drink of water.
As for HSing with a scout, go with the quickscope approach. Zoom in and fire before you are actually zoomed in. You'll get a couple of frames of the crosshair that you'll need to trigger your "Twitch" move at their head.
The only other thing to mention is that you'll have a bigger target to hit if you grasp which way they're moving; Generally, the visible head of a player's model is attached to the hitbox. If they're moving, much less of the hitbox is Within the head; thus, if you are snapping to their head, you have a lower chance of hitting it than if you're snapping to where their head will be in a moment.

the hours u practice a day is really unessesary.. to me, if i play too long i get bad. Play on your bot server and practice there.. a good 1-2 hr with 1 gun only should do the trick..
guns that should ppl really need to focus on:
smgs
deagle
glock
usp
ak
m4
awp
clarion
nades
flashes
smokes
these are the most/mainly used guns that cal+ players use
I need to work on my glock skills

The easiest way to glock shots is to do the 4 shot method. I dont know if it is cal illegal to bind it anymore since I have touched cal for CS in a long time. But I just tap the burst button and as you fire your burst shot you tap it again with your fire it gives you a 4 shot accurate shot.

if it's a script then it's not legal in CAL... if it's just you pushing the fire button a certain "style" then it is legal.

how would you do such a thing

Man that's funny, brings to mind that yesterday and the day before that, I was getting so random and cool headshots it was just so funny, and I was playing India and I think it was SoliD that I just randomly no-scope headshoted, it was freakin hilarious. Oh yeah and to what you were saying before is quite easy, what your doing is just lining up the shots with your crosshairs according to their body movement say if they're moving just one way and such, and most of the time it's actualy quite easy, you just have to do it.
