Which sensivity should i use ? i heard that the lower is the better aiming but the higher is better reaction what u guys prefer 5.8 or 2.5?

I use 2.9 but thats just me. You should use whatever you feel comfortable with.

it really depends on your mouse DPI and your windows setting....

I use 400 dpi optical mouse, default windows sens, and 1.5 CS:S sens.

In my eyes, knowing other peoples sensitivities doesnt really help, like Rew Sky said, it's really what you are comfortable with, you can have good reactions with any sensitivity, it's being able to control your aim that you should be bothered about...

It's all to do with preference..

(I play with a 1600dpi mouse, with a CS:S sense of 1.0)

As you can see I clearly feel a difference between monitors.

As for reaction time and speed...again, i'm comfortable at those sensitivitiies and am fast on awp maps.

I'm not sure what the DPI on my mouse is but I do know that right now I use 5.9 and 6.9. Although I never really thought I would be able to use that sensitivity in the game, but it's good if you can control it, I don't know I'm just a dumb ass, so I am trying to do new things. Most of the time though before I used 3.0 and 4.0. Only thing with higher sensitivities is that if your not used to them like me than you will have trouble with aiming at people and firing and not hitting, what I mean is you might skid an easy shot, and it happens alot until you get used to it but it's ok. In the old CS I used to use 2.4 and below, I never really went higher than 3.0 for some reason it was to much for me, I used that in 1.6 and CZ until like 2 years ago then it was 3.0 for long while and then everything in between 3.0 and 6.9. Anything lower than 3.0 is kind've like wierdly slow slide show, but it's funny because it would make everything easy to shoot if people didn't have such faster reaction times :cry: .

i think sens should be as high as you can go. i just picked a sens which i felt would be best when i got use to it. 10cm =180 now i have a very steady aim and lightning reactions. took about a month to get used to
