every 2 second people and myself skip on my screen my fps and latency are fine its like i have fake lag on or something and ive tryed changing rates jw if any1 knew what another problem could be thanks

Try to goto servers with Latency of 50<Lower. Make sure you have ATLEAST 60 constant FPS for no skipping, might skip if it is lower. Check your lateny, check you have NO CHOKE OR LOSS. If none of that solves your problem tell me.

60 fps on low settings is awesome for me, i didnt use to skip with 40 fps. Now, 20 or lower is skipping. Then again.. it was only for my comp
