It does 1hp of damage. Get somebody down to 1hp and smack them in the face with a flash and u got yourself a flash kill. Make sure u take a SS

i never seen it before id like to see it in like a cal-match or someone should make a map were u get no knives or anything spet flashes and everyone gots 1 life

I dont think a seen a flash kill in a match either, but in a scrim? Yes. Diffentely in pubs too ( seen 1 in UA )
