Don't think about missing the shot
Don't think about being worried
Don't think about staying calm
Don't think about not thinking about the above mentioned.

Your emotional state is irrelevant if you're fully concentrating on everything you need to be doing.
There are a lot of people who pwn unconditionally, and really don't concentrate all the time; Good for them, it's nice to relax and pwn. A significant portion of people will have to actually try hard and concentrate to Force themselves into performing up to their full potential.
I would advise this; If you find yourself losing control of your shooting, spraying or making stupid tactical decisions, take a break, breathe sit in spec a round or two, Go do a few pushups, or whatever... The important thing is that you acknowledge you are ****ing up the tried and true methods that you use when playing Well, and refocus your efforts.
Acknowledge that you are making mistakes and how you are making them, then refocus on playing how you Know you can. It takes a moment to do, and then you can go back to playing and Prevent yourself from Drilling stupid shit into your playstyle.
I **** around a lot when pubbing; I also spend a lot of time being fairly serious in trying to accomplish goals and win rounds. If I wanted to improve my skill dramatically and quickly, I would not allow myself to slack off while playing, Once i've gotten into it (After warm-up, etc). I cannot, however, due to scheduling conflicts practice and Scrim at the appropriate time to get me heavily involved in real Competition. Too bad for me, I guess.

i like Listening to music before i play css too
stay calm. If your having this problem one thihng you can try is to focus on one thing for a round or a few rounds. Focus on not spraying long range - whatever else you do you think is bad, dont worry about it. just focus long range no spray. Do this with anyhting else and it will start to feel more normal then no spray will be your natural reaction. You can always try this against bots too.
Basically it might help to just have experience in the situations where you become not calm

Imagine the kill, see it before it happens. Breathe, keep well hydrated and eat green stuff. No not mold, I mean vegetables.
Oh and if that doesnt work, take some Diazepam.

ok heres the deal... plain n simpole
Dont Think. Just Do.
water under the bridge .
theres always next Round.
It's easy, all you gotta do it just not care about getting shot or killed, once you get bye that part, you'd be amazed at how good you'll get.

This is how I first learned how to not panic.
1. Be very aware of how many bullets are coming out of your gun.
2. With pistols like the deagle, be strictly aware of how many bullets are coming out and when. Go for body shots. Only fire when you have it on their body (3 bullets should kill).
3. Prepare to die a lot at first until you have control over your coordination.
It's mostly a mental battle and as such, you should really concentrate at conquering it at first...but then it should just be natural. It's like spraying; most people panic and spray but if you just keep your cool and realize that for most people, they're going through the same thing as you, you should be fine when they **** up and start spraying.
That does not work for awper though. You sort of have to be pretty quick against a good awper. Or outsmart/flash him.

I don't know if it's just me, but part way thru playing when I'm dead or something, I'll relax, and drink something. When I shoot it kinda goes into slow mo for me, and you just see one shot at a time, and you think, aim higher.
