So my guide is gonna be released and I was just doing some finishing touches when I found this photo to be added...

****, that's some scary ass shit. I had to post a little bit of hotness in order to counter the fugly.
first pic is most def the HAWTNESS. Ive been tryin to lose weight im like 204 mostly muscles tho... still got a little baby fat in the stomach area due to massive amounts of beer.

lawls yeah.
To be honest zso - the fastest way to get rid of that is to tone...an ab board and a few techniques I know of could tighten that section up.
When I was 15 I was 185 which in my opionin is pretty fat and im 16 now and I am 165. HOORAY!
By the way does GG stand for good game or what?!?!

16 and 175lb ^^ but I'm 6 foot 1 so its evenly distrubited lol...but I'm still doing a work out program in the summer every monday wensday and friday for an hour and a half where we first do sprints, then ladder drills or pull sleds, then lift weights, then do medicine ball drills :D my legs are killing me..

shouldnt work out for more then 45 minutes otherwise the body is just being abused and it decreases the effect. One hour MAX for a good workout but after that there is something that has to do with the acids in your body and muscles that actually makes a negative effect then a gain. Try and Lift for no more then 45 and then give a 15-30 minute break before your cardio.

By the way rewsky how much you plan to sell it for at first I might buy it just to see some of your techniques because maybe down the road ill get fatter.
