Possible hacker on your server...

Hi, I know you probably don't know me. I registered just to make this post. I recently played on your CSS server, and a guy joined who showed a few unusual characteristics. To be honest, you couldn't say he was a hacker just from his score, but by chance when I was spectating him I noticed bunny-hopping, complete inability to recognize friends instead of foes, and even shooting completely inanimate ragdolls. Combined with the ability to turn 180 in an instant, I thought something was up. I took a demo of him, so you can decide for yourself.

Some bunny hoppers do script. The difference is - legit bunny hoppers have a sound to their hops...non-legit don't.

I really think katana didn't see what he thought he saw. Granted, all I saw was pretty much what's in that demo. There were a couple of instances where it looked a lot like he was walling and had aimbot enabled; He snapped to an area of the wall when he was prepping to go out into B, and kept it on that area as he breached.

Of course, I did see zs0 doing the same style of "following" while he was under a pseudonym, so I suppose that doesn't really count for anything.

Bottom line, the demos I have, and the remaining of Katana's don't show enough to go ahead and ban him. If it comes up again, maybe, but I'd say don't do anything.

There's bunny-hop scripts, burst scripts, 180 degrees scripts (you press a button and it instantly does a 180) ect. ect. There's a website full of scripts, you only lose skill if you use scripts anyway. If you can actually do all of the stuff without the scripts then you're way better off in scrims, CAL, and whatever.
