The lessons by rewsky were very good. He communicated very well and was very nice. We first practiced my shooting and he would watch me. He would point out what I need to improve and such and he did it well.
He told me what I lacked and what I was good at. He helped alot of things actually, and told me to pratice a good amount of time. I've already noticed an improvement in my gaming just from the lessons I've already received. My h/s ratio has improved ATLEAST 5.0%. My accuracy has also increased about 5.0% and my k/d ratio has also increased.
These are just the basics and they can help anyone and they come FREE with the World of Pwnage Guide. They last about 30 minutes, he even did it for CS 1.6 even though he plays CS:S but used to play CS 1.6. The lessons are very conventient also. He offers strats, accuracy improvements etc.
Buy the WoP Guide today and not only will you get the leet guide, you will get the leet lesson by rewsky. He also offers even more lessons for extra money after your free lessons.

Tutoring and telling are two different abilities.
Showing is not tutoring, which is why you have all these cal-i players giving the shittiest lessons ever for 180 dollars an hour.

Wow, some of those teacher's can't speak english. And most of them don't even have real lesson plans...
1 hour: For the first 20 minutes, everything included in the 30 minute lesson plan is included, with less time spent 1on1. For the remaining 40 minutes, you will play alongside me in either a public server or pick up game of your choice (invite your friends!) working on what you?ve learned right alongside me in an enemy environment.
lol, pub and there's your lesson gg.
But oh well - it's a shame they don't have any source.

Because I was to busy trying to see how well he was going than on the game itself.

Cant you do that only when you die? Observering at a 3rd person angle doesnt tell you much. O yeah, if you havent notice theres a thing called Specatator - You can watch w/o playing, that way when your friend die you can tell him what to do and what he does wrong :). Anyways that might not help because im "PRETTY SURE" you had already thought of that
Dumb ass. I was obviously playing the game, while trying to look, I like to multitask, 8) .

What lessons where you giving him? Like I said there arent much you can teach him when your watching him at a 3rd Person view. You can probably teach him how to burst at a spray, but thats as much as I know as far as giving lessons.
Btw - By calling me a dumbass, only shows that your the dumbass. I never said anything about you werent playing the game pal unless you dont know what 3rd person view is?
I said you a dumb ass because I can, and I feel like it.

Thing is though, most of the ESEA instructors (probably all) are cal-i in a game that's harder to become cal-i in (1.6).

Dunno, you got a lot of competition in 1.6 but a lot of it is pretty noob. They have more cal-m clans, more cal-i clans than in source.

thats because 1.6 has been playing more seasons and more people still play it http://steampowered.com/status/game_stats.html

Oh, I know - I just feel like there are a lot of good teams that should be cal-m but don't make it because they have their quota based on the total amount of people who play.
And if not cal-m, then at least incoporate IM for clans that actually show up to their matches. O can be annoying D:
