I tried that, but not from Cal site, to much hassle to look for it, I'll try again, can you guys tell me the folders? Or just Delete everything that has De_Contra in it in the maps folder?

I have another new problem, for some reason when I run source it looks really wierd, like all of the textures are giving me a headache at a distance, it's as if I put in the command to worsen textures at a distance and then 3-4 ft in front of them they look fine, but I have not put in that command in console and I checked it, so I don't know wtf is wrong but it's pissing me off making me dizzy and giving me half as good frames as I used to get.

Also when I extract the folder don't I just do in into cstrike? Or into the maps folder?

Dude just find the .bsp file and copy and paste it into your maps folder, followed by a deletion of the .zip.

Easy shit.

Wow lol if you asked how to buy a knife in CS:S I wouldn't be surprised. j/k bro

Anyway, go into cstrike/maps and you can see there are .bsp files.

Easily put, if the first folder you see when you open the file you just downlaoded is "Maps," put extract it to the cstrike folder. If it says "cstrike" extract it to the Counter Strike: Source folder. If all you see is one .bsp file, extract it to the "Maps" folder.

Ok I got some of that, when I go into the maps folder it says cstrike and soundcache so what do I do?

dude its easy as hell, first ... just download the file, open up the file there should be 2 folders - materials/maps. Open 1 folder cut or copy the files then go to the same folder in ur cstrike folder. Not sure if im explaining it right, but thats how i got my contra to work ( just downloaded the map yesterday off of CAL )

When I get bored or pissed off with CS:S then I just go and play Maple Story or one of my other Rpgs online.
