It's good that you're posting that you want a tryout - because that is good; it gets your name out. However, I need demos before you get a tryout.

Please send any demos of scrims by uploading them onto yousendit.com and pming me the link.

The only people I'll really consider for a tryout are those who send me a demo because unfortunately I cannot watch you all the time in a scrim, since I'll be doing most of the owning.

Also - Cal rosters lock at the end of this weekend for the rest of the season. If you plan on making wop to play for these last 4 weeks, you need to send them in tonight.

THey aren't dedicated, active, or good enough. Right now we have Pig Payne Myself Graal and Nite, but we really need a consistent 6th to rely on especially since the last two matches we've had difficulty getting that starting five.

Okay man I have some cal demos but nothign any good but im really sorry but I have to go away tomorrow for a week I will be back next saturday and I will be on then so you can hit me up for some scrims, I dont think it really matters because cal rosters are closed anyway.

I'm just going to say it right now...

Out of all of the potential recruits that have applied, only two have submitted demos of scrims that I would consider acceptable. One had a scrim against a play off team, the other had an actual match against a play off team.

So again, if you want to impress me you'll submit

A lack of demos really doesn't make me want to consider you. And I'm not really looking for pub all-stars because every time i take these kids out of the pub and put them in a scrim they do horrible and focus on their K:D ratio.

So yeah, thought i'd say that before i headed up to boston.

I like pub-stars. What I want to see is dedication, gun skills, able to listen and learn from mistakes from recruits. Also for them to not camp too much and flat out pwn. Yeah. We'll be looking for 3-4 recruits for next season.

im pretty good at css and would like a cal team and ill get a demo for you guys on a pub since i dont got a clan to scrim with..and im on everyday and will be on every practice, and matches no matter what even if works there.

Basicly we need someone with the same game plan, run & gun and think on the spot. Baiters are the downfall of this team. We are an agressive team, people who are afraid are shown the door.
