Illegal Interp Value

I've been using a config based on Payne's config (I only changed a few things like the sensitivity etc. and binds), but now I keep getting kicked from my regular servers with this message:

Any ideas what the problem is?

cl_interp is a locked command. I have it set to default, i think its 0.1 but if you enter a server with dsp it changes it automatically to 0.01 i believe. make sure your config files are not read only and you should be able to join any server, but your cl_interp value will change.

I checked my config's and they're not read only. I just don't get how one minute I'm playing on a server as usual, then I come back 20mins later and I can't get in?
