Hia i just bought and downloaded the guide today i was wondering do i need to wait for a special user and pass in my e-mail? my e-mail is: vsivixay@twcny.rr.com

Pig and payne will add you to a special usergroup so you can access that part of the forums. Right now they are at work - should be out in hthe next 2-3 hours.
