1) Rewsky's right
2) His deagle motion is way too "clean-cut" as a direct twitch and the result is a head-lock
3) Notice as crosshair follows victim without moving
4) Obvious signs of toggle

The give-away lies in the deagle motion ending with a perfect lock. It's not even a sweep, it's a dead on lock. You gonna tell me he didn't even MOVE his mouse a little further? I've speced around 180 demos when I was CAL anti-cheat, and that looks like the typical toggle key being pressed.
