Be warned.. the copperhead is not the right shape as to a normal mouse and gets messy VERY easy. And you find your self pressing the extra side buttons that do all this other stuff you dont want them todo. So anything but copperhead.

I recommend the diamondback. Even though the copperhead has 2000dpi, it just feels weird and no matter what I do I still feel there is acceleration. If you use a low sensitivity, try the thunderpad 8 mousepad. It has a rough surface side that works well with the diamondback. You may also try waiting for the new razer/microsoft mouse: http://www.worldofpwnage.com/blog/razer-and-microsoft-gaming-mouse-habu.html coming out next month.

The mx series suits my big hands very well; despite being weighty it just feels right. :)

My mx518 just arrived in fact.

If you wanted to change weight? get the Logitech g5 comes with weights you put in the mouse. 1.7g and 4.5g and theres 8 slots under the mouse. ;)

I have to admin that the razer's feel wierd at first but once you get used to them you wont go back to those logitechs. If you got enormous hands just ignore this post. I used the MX510 back in CS1.5 and it was too heavy, had a huge thumb indentation that was marketed for " better grip" yet all it does is force you to keep your mouse on the mousepad which is not all that good for CS. I like picking up my mouse to adjust once in a while. Also like it to be light weight.

It is also true that the Copperhead "feels" cheaper than the logitechs but performancewise I'll take a Razer over logitech.

Razer Copperhead can make perfect vertical and horizontal lines,i dont see nothing rong with it.Best CS mouse out there. If your haveing problems with acceleration you should use this http://www.freewebs.com/korndogsite/mousepack.zip (right click and save as) i suggest useing 1600 dpi and 2000 dpi only if your a graffix artist.
