After playing about 1000 games this is probably the best build I got:
-5 humans to the mine right away
-que 4 peons up
-build a shrine with first peon out
-build barracks with the next peon out
-build 1 farm with the next peon out
-flag to the trees
-about 3 humans will be on the tree
-shrine finishes, move peon to the tree
-farm finishes, move peon to the tree and click on hero shrine to make hero - AM, BM, Pala, or MK is good
-Barracks will finish
-have this peoon build a smith (wait just 2-5 seconds for 60 lumber to come in)
-que more peons to tree
-60 lumber and make another barrack with 2 peons
-build 2 farms
-hero will come out
-2nd barrack finishes, smith fishes, and 2 houses finish,
-all peons back to trees
-1 peon from 2nd barrack makes another farm
-pump 2 riflemen at a time until you can rush (6-7 are enough)
-kill whatever you can and techup and build a store
-get second hero
-make either knights or sorcs and finish off noobs if they survived first attack
