Go for a new mobo & cpu.
I'd recommend the Asus P5W DH Deluxe along with an Intel core 2 Extreme processor (if you can afford it). This particular mobo would cost around ?150 and the processor about ?450 (at the cheapest, if you're LUCKY). eBay is your friend, remember that ;)
Core 2 extreme x6800 (currently the best processor on the market) (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110066938394)
Asus P5W DH Deluxe (in my eyes the best mobo on the market) (http://www.xtsit.com/browse/product_details.php?id=11095&sr=2)
You could also sell the parts you have now towards a directX 10 graphics card.
You would then have an ultimate rig :)
Please add to my reputation points for this help. Thanks!
