Hand control?

I play great against a wall, perfect accuracy.

But when it comes to fighter a long-range battle with an enemy my hand control is awful. I switch to the enemy with little accuracy, and when I shoot I tend to move my hand sharply as if I just got jumped by a loud sound. Also, I find it really difficult to move my wrist and hand, they're always really stiff.

Anything I can do?

Well this is a toughy. Your hands are stiff, yet you move your hand sharply. For long range it depends a lot on the gun, but for your specific problem I would try lowering your sensitivity. getting a lower sensitivity and a LARGE mousepad. Specifically from steelpad :). a lower sens would help you aim at long range players more accurately and the large mousepad helps for good flick shots at close range. The large mousepad gives you a lot of room to make up for the low sens. I use 1.25 sens in game and i put 7 notches out of 11 in the windows sens.

also calm down if you start getting 'jumped by a loud sound' often lol
